1. Exchange & Return Window

At our store, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We provide a 7-day return and exchange window for unused, unwashed items in their original packaging with all original tags attached.

2. Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you received a defective, damaged, or incorrect parcel, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a free reverse pickup and dispatch a replacement at no extra cost.

3. How to Initiate a Return

To request a return or replacement, contact our customer support directly via WhatsApp with your Order ID and photos of the received item. Our team will verify and guide you through the return process.

4. Refund Process

Once the returned product is inspected and approved at our facility, refunds for prepaid orders will be processed back to the original payment source within 3–5 working days. For COD orders, refund will be made via UPI to the customer's verified UPI ID.
